The propranolol will not be much help unless you learn to understand your symptoms.

I have it but I only use it when I have a problem and only 1/2 of a 10 mg tab.

The nerve damage I mentioned is like a bruise on your skin. The nerves in the skin on your head take a long time to heal. There is no therapy to speed up that healing, just as you cannot speed up a muscle bruise healing. Or, a smashed fingernail with take a very long time to heal.

Do you drink coffee, caffeine ? Do you take any meds besides the propranolol ?

Anxiety responses can be triggered by many things. Sounds, voices, lights, fast moving visual objects, smells, and many other things can be triggers. The PCS brain is very susceptible to even minor triggers.

Many of us have learned to stop when these happen, take a breath and say, "This will pass." and then move on. You sure sound like you are wracked with anxiety. Don't check for symptoms like touching your face or head to see if it hurts. Just don't do that....

Have you even tried to reread your posts ? You need to do that so you slow down and settle your mind. Use a new line when you finish a sentence. otherwise, I can't tell if a though is tied to the previous or following sentence.

Read the Vitamins sticky at the top. It has some good information.

A chiro can help with some symptoms but most chiros are too aggressive and can make things worse.

The effort to slow your thought processes will be helpful.
