This morning I awoke to find a random red, bruise-likemark on my forehead, about an inch above my left eye. And now I'm really freaked out that I might have hit my head on my headboard or something in my sleep.
Thing is I do not remember doing so at all. But then again I don't remember hitting my head when I suffered my most recent concussion after fainting in my bathroom. I awoke with bruises back then, too. Although those ones were Oren painful. I can't tell if it's a bruise or not. It doesn't really hurt. Well, it kind of feels funny now, but I've been rubbing it all day trying to determine if it is or isn't a bruise. My symptoms feel pretty bad today.. I'm really scared. Could it be possible to hit my head in my sleep and not know it? Wouldnt it wake me up? |

It does not sound like anything serious. You could have slept with your hand on your face.
This is anxiety. Let it go.
