I wish I had a concrete answer for you, alas all I have is experience to share.

I felt great Oct.-Dec. and thought maybe my accident was behind me.

Jan. hit and I have had a pretty symptomatic start to the year without a clue as to why.

I guess as Mark says, not always an obvious reason.
