Default post-traumatic hypopituitarism (PTHP)
Hi, I'm new. Minor concussion 4 years ago (complicated by possible leptospirosis and protracted post ssri withdrawal). Crippling fatigue, depession, anhedonia, problems word finding, starting tasks or even wanting to start them!
Just wondered if anyone has, or, has even heard of post-traumatic hypopituitarism (PTHP)? Apparently it is probably very common after even minor head injuries, but at least here in the uk, the authorities are trying to pretend it does not exist! I seem to have most of the symptoms.
