Interesting thread. I still remember that morning exactly a week after my concussion waking up with tinnitus and nausea ...and the nape of my neck sore. More recently I was trying to figure out what had caused a recent relapse and it coincided with slouching on the sofa with my neck bent, when I got up I felt a sudden fatigue and nausea come over me. Over the next few days my neck felt uncomfortable and warm.
