Default Anxiety - ocd?

Hey guys,
i suffered an concussion around 2 years ago and since then im suffering from different symptoms. One of those symptoms is my really strong anxiety and also a little of depression.
I googled about the type of anxiety i have and i found my thoughts described really well on this page of the ocd anxiety, which i quote:

Has anyone of you experienced the same thing and what can i do to make it stop? I feel the anxiety right now more than ever while my pcs and i dont know what I shall do.
