Think soft tissue - like neck muscle strains or spasms or trigger points.. Do a web search to learn about those things .. I did post links in a recent thread here, might even be in a sticky , but just as easy to "google " it..
trigger points in muscles can refer pain & symptoms to other areas.. headache, watery eyes, blurry vision..many more.. If you have trigger points - those need to be released before you can see improvements in the muscle. Much of those soft tissue things can be self treated ...
