Welcome to NeuroTalk. Your helmet movement did not cause a concussion. It sounds like you were startled or just annoyed by hitting the bump then started looking for symptoms. As others have put it, if this bump did not concern you before your concussion, there is no reason to be concerned about it now. As you say, You have it in your mind...... You need to leave those thoughts behind. They will cripple your life. Even if we have symptoms that persist, we can still move forward with our lives. It is best to try to do so.
