Ok ill post my full regimen when i get home later today.

What about REALLY bumpy rides? I had an even i couldnt miss in a far neighbourhood in a rough part of down the other nignt and i swear the roads were the worst ive ever been on it felt like a third world country. And the drive was 45 minutes each way. Am i correct in assuming it wasnt damaging though since the other people in the car seemed completely unafected? Also do you think anxiety can cause symptoms that mimick pcs?
