Hey I was wondering if anyone could shed some light on second impact syndrome? How easy is it to get, how at risk would someone like myself be? Ive read it can occur even after a very mild concussion that happens before the first one has resolved. I'm starting to freak out since I know how easy it can be to receive a mild concussion. I had another incident with a metro malfunction today, I don't believe it was concussive but it definitely has triggered my anxiety and symptoms.

Like for instance, if i somehow got a mild concussion without realizing it through one of the many things i worry about, would that mean second impact syndrome could happen from something like sneezing too hard or turning my head really quick when i get startled, a minor bump, etc ?
