The Buffalo Protocol is simple. Keep exercise exertion levels below the trigger symptoms level, even if those symptoms are delayed. Keep in mind that exercise includes more than just heart rate. It can include effort that causes muscle fatigue such as weights to muscle fatigue training. This releases waste chemicals and such that can be stressful. Also, adrenal intensity levels effect chemistry. Calm focus/demeanor vs intense/pshyched demeanor has a different stress on the system.
I've learned that I can pace my work level and get a lot done. Some times, I need to take short breaks to keep the emotional 'psych' intensity from getting to high. Driven, Type A personalities struggle with this.
