rydia,

Welcome to NeuroTalk.

Unless the rollercoaster concussion included a severe impact, I think you should consider your symptoms were due to neck injury issues. Many of your current symptoms are also likely due to neck injuries. The subtle neck injuries that many experience do not image on X-rays or CT Scans. But, the instability causes inflammation that disrupts brain blood flow and nerve function.

Finding a therapist for your neck would be worthwhile. An upper cervical chiropractor or other chiro who uses gentle techniques, a physical therapist who understands subtle neck injuries and doe snot push you for range of motion improvements or an osteopath may be able to help you.

It is also important to learn proper posture during sleep and rest. This is when a lot of strain and inflammation happens.

Did you get any Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy for the carbon monoxide poisoning?
