Hello all.
I'm very dizzy throughout the day, I feel off balance, like I'm really drunk or something, light-headed. I Don't think its inner ear problem as this isn't triggered by certain head positions, and is almost constant. Can't tolerate visual stimulation for long, loud noises too. I had neck/head injury when it started, 5 months ago. Did Vision tests, all were normal, blood tests. Sleep is greatly reducing the severity, makes it more bearable. I'm really afraid I'll be stuck with this for the rest of my life, Indont see how I could ever feel normal again. sometimes I have good days, but way too few. The only improvement I had so far is less frequent headaches, less intense. Isnit possible that running for an hour, or intense workout, cause a relapse and aggravated symptoms with 1 day onset? Has anybody else experienced this? Also, would vestibular therapy help in this situation? |
