Default Another NEW CONCUSSION THREAD. but please help.

Every single time I bump my head, I set off symptoms. I know it's anxiety and my body's response, and being terrified of being set back.

But last night, I was bending down to plug my bath drain, and got up and turned quick and smacked the front of my head on the sharp corner of the towel rack. I tried to "mimic" the hit with my arm and have huge bruises - it was a really hard, sharp corner.

I just moved to NYC with a new job and have no shot of staying home and resting.

What can anyone tell me about the force needed to ACTUALLY sustain a concussion? How can I justify these types of hits and know that I have not actually gotten another one?

I'm really foggy today, keep misspelling things, can't think straight, have bad headaches and my vision is off.

Do we think this was another concussion? It was a hard sharp hit to right above my forehead area. I just want to know how likely it is and how hard you need to hit to actually have one. Help. I feel so helpless.
