I was hanging out with my friend last night. I was looking for my keys in the kitchen and he slapped me in the upper part of the back of my head. It was a playful smack. Now I have a mild headache and a sore neck. This sucks man. I know this couldn't cause a concussion. This will pass. Things happen unfortunately. Live and learn. I told my friend, not to do that. He Apologized.
I am icing my neck, practicing good posture and making sure I am not straining my neck. Ever since I recovered from PCS which was a few years ago, My neck and head is so sensitive. Stay Cool.... Alex |
