My question concerns the following retrospectively:
what happens to the brain, when a concussion is not spotted and treated at all, and the affected person tries to obtain proper functionality at work and ignoring symptoms. The brain and organism certainly somehow adapts. What are long term consequences and can some of the negative changes to the brain be reversed in any way other than described on many of the threads in this forum. This question does exclude consequences of second-impact syndrome. It was quite difficult to get any specific information. Best regards |
