You need to subject the brain to 60 Gs or more to cause a concussion. A sudden stop into a door may be 2 Gs.
People need to stop and think. Act intelligent when you think. If you could bump into things before, you can still bump into things. Personally, I will not longer spend my time telling people their little bumps are not brain damage. It is just foolish anxiety. If you took a bowling ball and dropped it on your foot from about a foot, that is approaching a concussion level impact. OUCH. That can break your foot bones. Imagine it dropping on your head. None of these little bumps come even close. If they were damaging, the human race would have killed itself off millennium ago. Get over this Concussion Anxiety Disorder. There are plenty of us who have real damage from severe forces. Complaining about bumping into a door is just nonsense.
