I'm having extreme anxiety right now but I can't seem to shake it off
I was leaning forward to dry my hair and the dryer bumped the wall so I stopped moving so even though I didn't hit my head I feel like this jar happened or maybe just the sudden stop I wasn't leaning towards it full speed though Is this anything ThT could injur my brain or just the sensation of panic I know I didn't even hit my head but I'm feeling extremely scared and this pain coming on even though it didn't hit the wall |

Have you checked out our sister site? You may find help with your anxiety issues.
Psych Central - Trusted mental health, depression, bipolar, ADHD & psychology Forums at Psych Central A few members here have mentioned hormones may become disrupted after concussions. Might apply more if there are anger issues or extreme emotions Mr PCS , I think, has some posts here on that. search for those posts by that username or hormone imbalance..
