Getting your bell rung is always a concussion. Any of those impacts with those, Woah, I just got my bell rung. events are concussions.
Then, you go and do it over and over. Your league is negligent for not teaching you about concussions and having a proper protocol when somebody gets their bell rung. You sound like you have a high tolerance for playing through concussion symptoms. That is not good. You need to settle your life and activity levels down. You should be assessed by a behavioral optometrist as a starting point. I bet you toss a few back after a game. NOT GOOD. You probably should sit out a season to get a sense of what is happening. The depression cycles you are experiencing suggests your brain is in a bad way.
