Yes its possible for all the things to feel like a mental illness if thats what your asking. Its a combo of things that can hit at any time.

You can feel fatigue, depression, dizziness, just not wanting to go on at the time, and just that for some reason you give up. But the thing is that if you
don't know why your feeling all these things you don't have a way to start to feel better to a degree.

SO you start to get more depressed and down on yourself. You think you shouldn't be feeling this way and you get more down. Because you have been feeling this way for so long you may have a long way to feel a lot better and it may be that you are going to need a anti depressant too.

But it will get better because your going to know that probably the injuries you had the concussions and the times that you just didn't quite get over them are probably part of your problem too.

So now we need to help you find ways to feel better. You might try by seeing a neurologist that deals with issues of headaches and if you have vertigo or balance issues. These kinds of things.
