Default Enough?

I bumped my head back on the headrest as a passenger in the car going over train tracks two days ago. I was really nervous about it and how hard the hit was so i got back in the car last night and was bumping my head around the headrest bouncing it off to try to convince myself it was just anxiety. I know this was stupid and i shouldn’t have done it i was just trying really hard to convince myself.

Well since last night i feel awful. Awful headache, out of it, dizzy. I know one bump on a headrest wouldn’t do anything but did i reconcuss myself bumping my head back 7-8 times?? Help.
