Wow, It sure has been a while. It sounds like you have a handle on moderating your PCS. I have always said, reducing stress is key to getting on with life.
I applaud you for your discipline. Yes, the mind can replay prior symptoms even when there is no physiological justification for the symptoms. Get a good nights sleep. Keep your stress down. I bet you will be just fine.
