Actually, MRA or MRI/MRA is not a common imaging study for mTBI. They would be usually only be done if symptoms indicate a need. CT Scan is much more common.
DTI-MRI and SWAN MRI are more common. fMRI is becoming more popular as databases of comparison images and tasks are being published. I've had MRI/MRA and PET scans. I do not know what the specs were. I have the DVDs of the images.
