I've experiences these issues for 35 years. Acid reflux has never caused referred pain to my back. It has cause pain to my jaw and shoulder. The concussion related trauma to the upper spine from T-2 to C-1 has been problematic off and on for those many years. I've had top doctors work on me. A Stanford GI Doc did extensive studies. Cardiac studies.

When I went to my cash payment chirpractor, he quickly resolved it.

Those of us who understand and have experience with tbi and concussions know that those outside our community lack that understanding.
