Does anyone know much about vestibular exercise?
I've been given some to do where you turn your head left to right. Tried it last night, became so dizzy I felt drunk. To make matters worse, while trying to do my chin tuck hold exercises on the carpeted floor I gave myself a new relapse of symptoms just by lowering my head to the floor and bumping it after finishing. 2-4cm to the floor. |
