Hi all,
It has been a while, but recently I contracted a viral meningitis infection from an enterovirus. My wife recovered 100%, and I have also gotten over my infection even though I am still having some symptoms. I am still having exhaustion, light sensitivity, stiff neck, and nausea which are not really consistent with my typical PCS symptoms. Has anyone else had to deal with this? I am hopeful that over the next couple weeks it will get better. Thanks, CE |

The infection in the brain can cause a brain injury so Treatment should focus on neurogenesis and neuroplasticity.
Sustained aerobic exercise promotes neuroplasticity and neurogenesis so try brisk walking or other cardio exercises. Rest - The brain needs rest and a quiet environment to repair itself so take mini breaks during the day to give the brain a chance to recover. Avoid stress because that will reduce neurogenesis. An aggressive diet regiment will also help neuroplasticity and neurogenesis. Stop eating -
Eat this instead:
