Tee hee- that oughta raise a few eyebrows, huh?
![]() I've been messing around with my doses and think that I've come up with a workable schedule for myself. I broke my provigil in half today and took 1/2 when I first got up, and then the other half at about noon. That made a HUGE difference. No teeth grinding to speak of and I was more even today for a longer period instead of an initial burst of energy- then crash at about 2pm. Also, I was not at all nauseated today. I'm going to stick with that plan. It worked out very well. I've also started taking my klonipin as soon as I'm done working, instead of waiting until later in the evening. The klonipin takes a while to get into the bloodstream, so now I don't start the myoclonic jerking at all. Also, by taking it earlier in the evening, I have less of a 'hangover' in the morning. Lynlee- I know you were particularly interested in the provigil, so thought you'd find this interesting.
