My 10 cents worth
Hi, yes your personality definitely changes! I am in my 7th year of pcs - you will see that I posted up until a few months ago - in February I became depressed, had to quit my job and since then I have been wallowing I think - have felt like I had nothing worth saying and I have hit my head 3 times again. Groan.
I was once out going and very spontaneous - I could cope with anything and everything. Was always calm! And was a perfectionist - everything I did was done properly.
Now I can not cope with more than one thing happening at once, surprises are a no no and it takes absolutley nothing to stress me. Even not being able to decide what to cook for dinner can upset me. I do become angry when I feel that others do not try hard enough or don't do things properly - especially when I now have to try so hard to keep up with basics.
I feel that the personality changes are mainly caused by tiredness - my tolerance is just about zero when I am tired and yes I can become nasty and know that I am being nasty but can't stop myself.
I guess a new thing to do is to learn to forgive yourself - I am still learning and it is 7 years later............
