Shocked I understand how you feel! are you kidding me?

All right I am ****** off ...I am ****** off of people who say I know how you feel when there are absolutely clueless.

I had a" friend" call today...I was tired so she suggests I should exercise!
I told her are you kidding me? I am suppose to listen to you? You gave me an advise three months ago after my concussion just shake it off and ignore your symptoms...
so here she is again tell me that she understands how I feel. The reason that I am tired is because I am depressed!
She tops it off by saying I should stop reading things on the internet.

Where do people get off their high mighty horse thinking they know how somebody feels, and what is good for them when they have not experienced anything remotely close.

She said she had banged her head before!
