Wink Acupuncture helps!!

Acupuncture really helped me with relaxing my muscles in my neck and back. It was great!! I did try a chiropractor first, but he just gave me lower back pain which I now cant get rid of!!

I first tried getting a relaxing massage, but I just lay there the whole time worried that something had happened to my children and they cant get hold of me - part of PCS!! So that was no good.
