Default questions about pcs newbie

So I just recently went through my first concussion, and have been to the ER and doctor where I went through a CT scan and MRI of my brain and cspine all came out fine. But they did say that I have PCS
My question is the major thing that I am going through is the feeling of being in a fog. I just feel like my brain and my head is in another world, and if this fog would be lifted off of my head that I would be healed. Is this normal? I am also having the plugged ears but not as bad, its just majorly the foggy world. I am very upset about this whole thing, and I know that my brain is alright from the tests, I just wish that my old self would some back. Please help
