Hey!
Soon 1 year into recovery from numerous concussions. My biggest problem except for the fatigue is the headaches which is what grows and grows as long as I push myself. What is normal in many cased of concussions is also neck/muscular problems of some reason. This to me feels like it interacts with the "brain-headache". Sometimes I feel like its JUST the muscular tensions that cause the headaches. But its when I get overworked the tensions come. I have a really hard time understading what the headache really comes from. If its from the tensions it would make me a little bit more relaxed knowing. Im starting acupuncture soon, hopefully it gives some results. Anyone have experience of working with the tensions to make the whole picture a little bit better? Emil from Sweden |
