I have Carpal Tunnel in both hands, and I'm just waiting for a surgery date. But I'm only getting one done first (right hand), I couldn't imagine getting both done at the same time!
It must make things a bit difficult. I hope you're feeling better soon, and the pain subsides...in the hands at least!
