Hello, I'm sorry to hear that you are in so much pain. As you are an ice person (like myself) have you tried ice blocks (ice lollys? do you know what I mean, we all have different names for things!) I sometimes find that it introduces the ice from the inside so to speak. Obviously care is of the utmost importance here in order to not touch trigger points, but it does work. When this idea was intro'd to me from another sufferer, I immediately thought "no way" but I persevered with it. Take care, wishing you better days.
