Confused

I didn't know there was "different types" of TN? as i'm still learning about it all, they didn't explain the why i've got it part is suppose, just unlucky, but i'm feeling really unlucky this last year anyway as getting IIH is 1 in so many 1,000 then to get TN in is 1 in so many as well, OR should i feel "CHOSEN"

All i know is the side of my face feels like it's been punched all the time then i get the electric feelings every couple minutes that last for a 5 seconds then go and then come back, but with my constant IIH headache which is like a migraine life is tough.
