Wink

Mrs. Frazier,

I had my mvd on June 16, 2009. The surgery wasn't too bad. They only shaved a small area on the back of my head. I have shoulder length hair and no one could even tell it was shaved unless I lifted my hair up to show them. It grew back very fast. And the scar has completely faded, you can't even tell where it was. The first day after the surgery was the hardest for me because the anethesia makes me very nauseated. They kept giving me medicine for it but it took a good 24 hours to get out of my system. Also the day after the surgery my neck muscles were so weak I couldn't lift my head up or move it on the pillow without using my hands. By the third or fourth day you start to feel much better. Best of luck to you with your surgery. I woke up completely free of the tn pain and I hope you do the same.

Take care,

Laureen
