No sharp shooting pains just almost constant dull aching pain around the teeth and gums. No trigger points either. I think I'm losing my mind at times.

Also, x-rays show nothing is wrong after many dental procedures.

Yes in the exact same boat. Jut got an RX for Amitriptiline and took my first pill last night. Dentists and specialists coming to a dead end. Although oddly I do have bad teeth which makes matters more complex.
