Default TN & now neuralgia in the extremities..can anyone help??

I was diagnosed with TN in March of this year, then in the last 2 months have developed nerve pain in my arms, hands, legs & feet. My B12 levels are good. The pain specialist wants me to start Baclofen & have an MRI. I don't know how I'm gonna handle the Baclofen & Gabapentin,as I can't handle the low dose of Gabapentin the Dr. has me taking. (100mg 4 x day).
Has anyone else had this experiance with extremity nerve pains & taking a cocktail of Gabapentin & Baclofen??
