it is very possible you have a compression on a nerve that is causing this. are you able to have another mri or get in to see a neurologist?? that would be my advice.
Please try to slow down and take everything one step at a time and dont look at the whole picture all at once that can overwhelm anyone. stay calm and post this in the dental forum the link above.
have you been given and meds or anit biotics??
you found all of us here and we are going to be here for you to help to listen and share info as much as we can. so far it doesn't sound like t.n. but either way we are here for you. let us know how you are doing your worries ..if you want to vent... just post okay that is what this place is for.
