Default I have TN, and dryness

Actually, I have....or they suspect I have....TN and Sjogren's Syndrome. I have dry everything, including my nose! A product that can be very helpful is Mucinex 12 hour tablets. You take them twice a day. Also, Afrin makes a nasal spray that also moisturizes. I don't know that you would want to take it for a long period of time, but it can be very helpful sometimes at night. There are moisturizers you can get at the pharmacy just for your nose. They are an ointment, and are applied inside. Some other suggestions are a dab of Vicks vapor rub around the edges of the nostrils (but not deep into the nose), and, of course, a humidifier. I purchased one at Target that was relatively inexpensive and is easy to maintain. It doesn't have the filters and parts. And last, but not least, I use saline nasal spray ALL day, several times a day. It shrinks the inside membranes of the nose easing congestion. The saline spray combined with the Mucinex and humidifier make my dry eyes, nose, and mouth a lot easier to live with. But, I have tried the others.
