Newly diagnosed SCARED

I have posted earlier today but nobody had responded. I had gone to the dr's & now have been diagnosed

I am very sad. I am taking phenytoin 100mg. I got a tordol shot too. This took the edge off. I just need some support.
How rare is TN? I am also asain so I told the dr that I want the blood test to make sure I dont have this rare genetic skin thing from the meds.
