I watched some of the video and it says its an ultrasound unit. I don't know what it really is. I have a TENS unit and it interrupts the pain signals so you don't feel the pain, but ultrasound is used mainly on soft tissue and I don't think it would help TN pain if its an ultrasound unit. Do they sell more than one item? I would suggest you inquire as to what type of unit it is before you invest in one.

There is a protocol for using a TENS unit available from a different source. If you do get one, PM me and I can send it to you.
