HELP!

Thank you.

Blessings.
For me nortriptyline helps the most with the atypical pain, but I'm at 125mg/day and it maxes out at 150mg so I don't know what I'm going to do when it fades in effectiveness. At times it worked amazingly well, and much better than gabapentin 2400mg/day.

I just started cymbalta 30mg/day and have been taking oxcarbazapine 450mg 2x per day with the nortriptyline and also percocet before bed.

Nothing ever gets rid of it, just takes the extreme pain down a notch....I think I feel better with the cymbalta, happier, but still constant pain every moment.
