Default added med

Hi my neuro doc just added tegretol to the neurotin I was taking since the flare ups were still happening. (About a decade ago I originally started on tegretol but doc switched to neurontin) Anyway I just wanted to ask anyone who might know, does the feeling of being really drunk go away? I've been on the tegretol/neurontin about a week now. I didnt feel too drunk with the neurontin just kind of duhhh but now really woozy and sleepy. I've missed a few days of work which I cant afford. I'm on 400 mg of Tegretol and 900 mg of neurontin. Thanks
