Taurine Alot of interest in taurine has appeared in the literature in the past 5 years. He recently upped to 3 grams a day for a arthritic shoulder attack and it helped that too. You can do a total forums search on taurine and find more information. I would caution against using it if you have confirmed gallstones, or take lithium. Otherwise it is inexpensive (I use Puritan's) and has virtually no side effects.
