The trigger points for my TN vary from attack to attack. Sometimes it is the tip of my nose, other times it is inside my mouth, or even breathing through my nose. The result is always the same - electric shock type pain shooting from that point up to my temple. And for me, it always on the right-hand side.

Try to write a detailed description of every sensation you get and what seems to trigger it and then take that to your doctor.

peace
