I've been doing the no sleep thing for years half because of my own t.n. and half cus my hub snores soooooo dang loudly and refuses to use his c-pap machine, that I cant sleep even if I begged my God. I find exercise of some type to help and a boring book or chill music. chill as in soft relaxing.
what type of meds are you on? have you asked you doc or neuro if a sleep aid would help you? have you tryed meditation or hot baths? I am lucky to get 2-3 hours sleep. but naps are good when I can catch one even a 20 min one is great. Wine a glass or 2 helps me relax and sometimes helps me feel sleepy. You just better keep on looking at that rope honey and do not let go !!!!!!! Has you doc suggested anything to help you? Like I have to sleep in my "happy chair" cus it is the only comfortable thing , I do not have to lay all the way back or anything... and breathing exercises .
I surely wish I had controll over the sand man ... I would send him directly to your place a.s.a.p.
I hope something I mentioned helps you captures a pillow full of ZZZZ's
there is chat rooms here too and if you cant sleep pop in and chat some of us are so boring we can put ya to sleep.
I will pray you get the much needed rest and sleep you need soon.
Peace
BMW
