I think Epilum is a drug used mostly in the UK and Australia, so that's probably why you haven't heard of it Ellena. It's an anti-epilepitic medication which is commonly prescribed for nerve pain.
I get limited pain relief from mine, but my husband has really noticed an improvement since he went on them. Good luck Melina, let us know how you get on.
