Hey Stranger. nice to see you posting and good to know the doc is working with you, that is a plus!!

PLEASE, NEVER apologize for venting or being down right bloody angry as your dealing with this pain. they are natural emotions and feelings and we have every right to let it out acknowlege that those feelings are there inisde. feels and is good to let it out and vent.

In winter the cold gnaws on me too. I try to keep face warm, a face cover and warm/hot pad on my face helps. hot baths really make me feel less stressed and better in a way to. but there are those days...lots of em when not much helps and you are at battle with the ugly pain monster . thats wehn i puul up the covers and hide as much and for as long as I can inside .
sending you tons of low pain wishes and prayers for strength and comfort. Keeping you close in my thoughts.
PEACE
BMW
