I have been on gabapentin & cymbalta for a year for the treatment of trigeminal neuralgia. I've had the side effects of increased tiredness (need a nap or two every day) and occasional bouts of dizziness. I am wondering what the long-term effects of these two drugs are. Will this tiredness subside? What causes the occasional vertigo?
